Yes! All of our units are cleaned thoroughly. We are committed to making sure that your children are playing in a clean, well maintained, and safe environment. At drop off every unit gets sanitized. After each rental, every unit is thoroughly cleaned by commercial vinyl cleaners, and disinfected.
We ask that you do not mow or water your lawn the day of your event. If you are unaware of any underground lines, example, electrical or gas lines to name a few, we encourage you to contact MISS DIG (by dialing 811.) This is to confirm there are no underground lines in or around the set up area, as 18″ stakes will be driven into the ground to secure the equipment.
We will not set up on dirt, sand, gravel, hills, or any inclines. Grass is best. If you think you may have to set up on any areas other than grass, or if you have stairs, or a tiered backyard, call us to see if we can accommodate.
We also can set up on concrete, blacktop or a gymnasium floor, all require a different anchoring system and is an additional fee.
Under no circumstances should water be used with any inflatable that is not designed for such use. However, there are inflatables designed for use with water. We will be glad to let you know what water units are available for you to rent for your event. We do not provide a water hose, please have a water hose present, 50 ft from a water source.
Inflatable units will be picked up on the same day it is dropped off, unless otherwise agreed. Daily rentals are morning drop offs and evening pickups (drop off and pick up times vary based on route. We will update you on times once the weeks route is scheduled.)
We offer 100% refund if cancelled made up to 24 hours ahead of your event. For inclement weather cancellations, the deposit/payment can be used as a credit to a newly scheduled date or refunded. Inclement weather includes: 15 mph wind gusts, thunder, lightning, hail, heavy rain, or temps under 50 degrees Fahrenheit.
This is a safety feature we offer to some of our inflatables. It is a siren that is connected to the blower motor and detects loss of power and loss of air in the inflatable unit. When loss of power is detected, or air, an alarm is sounded to warn attendants before the inflatable unit deflates.
